Refund and Return Policy

Here at HundredFoldGames, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there is any issue with your order or product, reach out to our service team at team@hundredfoldgames.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible to help correct any issues.

Refund and returns:

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in it's original packaging. We offer a 30 day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your products to request a refund. Unfortunately, we will not cover return shipping for buyers remorse refunds. But in any case of damage or incorrect orders, we will cover all shipping costs.

Please send all refund/return/replacement inquiries to team@hundredfoldgames.com before sending anything back. After your return request is approved, we will send a return shipping label with shipping instructions. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
